Coffee Shops

Whether you like coffee or not, this is a great place to spend an afternoon in the sun with your friends. The first street location of Costa Coffee, the British franchise, here in Portugal is right in downtown Porto in Passeio dos Clérigos.

If Costa is not to your liking, there is no need to panic as you can always visit Armazém do Caffè. The first picture above is representative of the space near Hospital São João, and the second of the space in Rua de Sá da Bandeira, near Aliados.

Yet another example of a popular coffee shop is Moustache Coffee House in Praça Carlos Alberto, near Cedofeita. All of the shops mentioned above also count with a comforting environment which makes you feel at ease and allows you to relax.

Next on the list is a treat for ice cream lovers. Amorefrato, in Rua Passos Manuel, is a small shop where you can find the best homemade ice cream to refresh you in the warm days of summer.

Last, but certainly not least, is 100 Montaditos. A taste of our Spanish neighbors here in Portugal, you can find this restaurant in the same square near Hospital São João as Armazém do Caffè. This is a great place for a casual lunch with friends, enjoying the sun and the amazing tapas.
